Molly began her rescue journey in 2000 after saving her first dog from a shelter in L.A., where she later served as Vice President of All Retriever’s Friends. She holds a Bachelors in Psychology from CLU and spent eight years working for an in-patient behavior facility before moving forward with her passion for animal welfare in Texas.

Molly has worked with multiple rescue organizations, including Flower Mound Humane Society, DFW Lab Rescue, and DFW Cocker Spaniel Rescue. Today, she serves as President of Legacy Humane Society, President of Rockwall PAWS, and Executive Director of Rockwall Animal Adoption Center. With the support of her husband and three children, she remains dedicated and continues to make a lasting impact by helping countless animals find loving homes.
