Is anyone missing a neutered male Shih Tzu named Billy bob? He was found off of Creekside & Windhill Dr on 07/20/26. He is microchipped but unfortunately we have not been able to connect with the owner. If you recognize this dog, please call the Rockwall Adoption Center at 972-771-7750 ext 2. Billy Bob is currently safe with his finder and not at our shelter. He is not available for adoption as he is on stray hold for 7 days to allow them to reclaim.
