Black and White with spots cattle type dog unknown breed does not have on his collar. He is about 14 years old. Cannot hear or see very well. He is not microchipped. Doesn’t walk very far at a time before he gets tired and has to stop. Family is missing him very bad and needs him home. Last seen on Glenn Ave. in Rockwall.
