Description:
Brown dog with black and gray around face. Ears cut off, ears badly infected, prolapsed female organs, and very thin with ribs and spine showing. All four paws are very irritated as well as other areas. Friendly with other dogs that walked up. Scared of people at first, but became tail wagging and friendly very quickly. No collar/leash.
