We rescued a Chihuahua that was found roaming the area following the tornados in Rowlett two years ago. We had the chip read and found that the Chihuahua was originally adopted from your facility in 2014 i believe to a lady in Rowlett/Garland. The dog was chipped at the time and his given name was Speedy Gonzales. We have had this dog for several years now and he just went missing today.
