Brown and black tabby. Very skittish, Squints/always looks mad or like he is judging you. Has a very high pitched meow. He is neutered but not vaccinated (due to medical reasons).
If spotted, will likely be low to the ground. He does not have normal ‘cat skills’ – rarely able to jump any significant height or climb more than a foot or two up something.
He slipped out of the house either the evening of the 17th or morning of the 18th.
