Our Purpose:
- To help the animals in the Rockwall and Heath Community find forever homes.
- To rescue animals from abusive and neglectful situations, including puppy mills and "backyard breeders".
- To help educate the public on proper animal care and promote spaying and neutering of all pets.
- To provide medical treatment for all animals in our care.
- To place rescued animals in permanent, loving homes.
Our Mission:
It is the mission of the Collin County Humane Society at the Rockwall Animal Adoption Center to
work with our community to strengthen the bond between animals and people, enhancing the
quality of their lives through compassionate sheltering, responsible adoptions, education, and
community outreach.
