Submission of this form does not guarantee that you will be contacted should your pet come into the CCHS @ Rockwall Animal Adoption Center (here forward referred to as CCHS @ RAAC). We do the best we can to review intake in reference to the lost pet forms; however due to the volume of pets we take into the shelter on a daily basis we cannot follow up with every lost pet report in the system to compare intake at the facility. We encourage you to check with the shelter, follow up with our Lost and Found Pet Reports as well as our Stray Intake at RAAC page. CCHS @ RAAC will hold all pets brought into the facility for 72 hours before they will be made available for adoption. CCHS @ RAAC is not liable for any pets adopted out after the 72 hours stray hold has expired.
